Als de terugkeer te wijten is aan een productdefect of een fout in de verwerking door ons, sturen we ofwel een prepaid verzendlabel, of geven we een terugbetaling om redelijke kosten van verzending naar ons terug te dekken zodra de kosten zijn gemaakt.
