How To Return the Parcel to us?

If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake in processing by us, we will either send a prepaid shipping label, or issue a refund to cover reasonable costs of shipping back to us once the costs are incurred. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items.
It takes about a month to receive the parcel returned oversea. Our team will refund you after we check the parcel within 2 working days and contact you via email. (service@metalkitor.com)

I just finished crafting my 270PCS Spider and I must admit it was great experience ! Took me about 3 hours with some breaks. The finish result is awesome and I didn't even think I can get so happy about it. Now it's on my drawer and I'm sure it's just the beginning of new passion !
I wasn't sure what to expect but this is a great kit. The included tools are the worst I can say about it but of course they are, and they are good enough to build with (I'm getting my own set of mini-open ended wrenches). I'm impressed with the included instructions, they are very complete and clear. Shipping was fast all things considered, support has been responsive when I wrote in. All in all pleasantly surprised and I'll order from them again. I'm doing this build with my 7-yo son and he's loving it.
