If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake in processing by us, we will either send a prepaid shipping label, or issue a refund to cover reasonable costs of shipping back to us once the costs are incurred. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items.

Bought the set and was able after a few days to track the shipment from stop to stop all the way to Denmark. Got it, everything was in there as it should be. Easy instructions and all pieces labeled. Only part I changed was one of the hard wrenches that´s to big in the jaws to get into the small spaces. Just grinded it down with a dremel and it works perfect. But very nice build kit and the result waas just very nice. Dont have a finish picture, but one a good way into the build.
Awesome! fun puzzles, you'll be proud of when you put all the pieces together.
